01When do I need to confirm my booth?+
Booth allocations operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend confirming by 30 September 2026 to secure positioning and inclusion in the printed delegate guide.
02What's included in the booth fee?+
Tables, chairs, branded fascia, spotlights and power — full configuration per tier listed above. Custom builds are quoted separately.
03Can I extend booth hours?+
The exhibition floor opens at 09:00 and closes at 18:00. Post-event setdown completes by 20:00. Extended access can be arranged in advance.
04Are there speaking opportunities for exhibitors?+
Premium booths include a confirmed speaking slot in track sessions. Headline and Strategic sponsors are featured on the main stage.
05Do you support international shipping for booth collateral?+
Yes. Workium's operations team coordinates pre-event delivery to the venue and on-site storage. Reach out to ops@workium.co.uk for logistics.
